Innovation Energy Group may terminate this agreement or suspend all or a portion of its services immediately if (i) Customer's performance of its obligations or use of the services violates any federal, state or local law, rule or regulation; (ii) it reasonably determines that a material adverse change has occurred in customer's financial condition, or that such a change is reasonably likely to occur in the next twelve (12) months; (iii) Customer fails to pay any amount due within two (2) working days of its due date; or (iv) based on its evaluation of customer's credit OR financial condition, that the extension of credit contemplated hereunder is not appropriate or viable.
