WITH THIS AGREEMENT OF AFFILIATION (“Agreement”), effective through (term may not exceed five years) University and Funeral Establishment, sharing common goals of education and community service and desiring to establish and maintain a cooperative relationship for the purpose of providing educational experiences at the Funeral Establishment site(s) for students enrolled in the Program of Mortuary Science, agree as follows:
