This agreement must serve the interest of the public and public access to crown land and facilities. If at any time, a conflict with public interest arises, this agreement will be reviewed. The Commercial Use Agreement, terms and conditions may be revised, amended or revoked at any time by the Ministry and/or The Kootenay Mountaineering Club.
