This Agreement made and entered into the day of , by and between the Warren County Board of County Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the Employer and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, is the final and complete understanding between the Employer and the Union on all bargainable issues and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Employer and those of its employees who are subject to this Agreement in order that more efficient and progressive public service be rendered.
