This Subscriber Agreement sets forth the business relationship and general terms between Rentcheck and Member named in this application. In order to obtain confidential credit and rental history information or consumer reports on behalf of Member’s customers, Member requests Rentcheck to provide its services, under the terms and conditions outlined below and, in consideration of the mutual benefits of the parties (the receipt and adequacy of which is acknowledged), Member and Rentcheck enter into this Membership Agreement.
