These Terms and Conditions are, by reference, incorporated into the Graduate & Family Housing Agreement consisting of Parts I and II, hereafter referred to as the “Housing Agreement”. It is understood that this Housing Agreement is between the REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA ("THE UNIVERSITY") and the individual STUDENT ("STUDENT") who has signed Part II of this Housing Agreement and that both parties enter into this Housing Agreement upon the following Terms and Conditions. This Housing Agreement entitles the STUDENT to the use of the apartment/PREMISES only in such manner as set forth herein and/or in the Graduate and Family Housing Policies document.
