This Agreement together with the Governing Documents set out the terms of the contract between the Chapter and bSI, detailing the Chapter’s rights and obligations. It is therefore in your interests to read it carefully. Capitalised words not defined in this Agreement shall have the meeting given to them in the Bye-Laws.
