SIGNAGE AND LANDSCAPING EASEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of the day of , 202 (the “Effective Date”) is made by and between WAKE COUNTY, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina (“Grantor”) and RXR LEN APEX OWNER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Grantee”). Grantor and Grantee may each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” under this Agreement.
