Complainant alleged Respondents failed to provide a reasonable accommodation by refusing to waive their $100 non- refundable “pet deposit” policy for a service animal and this constituted a denial of rental housing based on disability. Respondents agreed to waive their $25 monthly “pet fee” for Complainant’s service animal. Respondents own or manage the subject property, a two bedroom townhome at 2251 Pleasant View Drive, Marion, IA 52302.
