This Merchant Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between BCD.NG (“BCD”), located at 7/9 Adebisi Oyenola Street, Idado Estate, Igbo Efon, Lekki – Lagos State, and Seller (“Merchant”), for the sales of specified construction finishing products through BCD’s ecommerce platform. This Agreement supplements any other documents governing the sales of products between BCD and Merchant.
