This Amended and Restated Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on April 10, 2013, by and between Snap Interactive, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Jon Pedersen (“Executive”). This Agreement amends and restates, in its entirety, the Executive Employment Agreement entered into on October 27, 2011, by and between the Company and Executive (the “Prior Agreement”).
