This Amendment No. 3 is entered into this day of May, 2020 by and between the City of Flagstaff, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“City”) and Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Lessee”), to amend the Rental Car Concession/Lease Agreement dated February 1, 2011, as previously amended by Amendment No. 1 dated April 18, 2014, and Amendment No. 2 dated May 30, 2017 (hereafter “the Lease”).
