If you (or one of your employees) are interested in entering a tree, wreath, or tabletop design in our festival of mini-trees, complete this form and return it by mail to the Prairie Arts Council, 24 Park Avenue East, Princeton, IL 61356 before November 7 to ensure inclusion into the Festival.
