Buyer acknowledges that the purchase of the Property may have resulted from a transfer made by a beneficiary under a mortgage who acquired the Property at a sale conducted pursuant to a foreclosure under a mortgage, or deed in lieu thereof. Consequently, Seller lacks the knowledge of the Property a seller is contemplated to have to be able to provide Buyer with disclosures related to the condition of the Property required by the Delaware Buyer Property Protection Act (see Del.
