This Amendment 3 (“Amendment”), effective as of August 6, 2020, to the Fuel Card Services Contract, Contract No. 973-163-10-1 (“Contract”), is made by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (“Department”), and WEX Bank (“Contractor”). The Department and Contractor are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
