This is an agreement for electric generation between Archer Energy, LLC (“Archer”) and residential customers (“Customer”). Archer is a Non Regulated Power Producer (“NRPP”) licensed by the Rhode Island Public Utility Commission (“RIPUC”) through Docket # D-96-6 (V7) Through this license Archer is able to offer and supply electric generation services in Rhode Island. Archer determines the prices you pay for generation and generation related services. The RIPUC regulates the distribution and transmission rates charged by Narragansett Electric Company “(Narragansett” or “National Grid”).
