Davidson”), we wish to thank you for the opportunity to serve as municipal advisor to the Entity (“you” or “Client”), with respect to scope of services described below. Upon your acceptance, this engagement letter (the “Agreement”) will serve as our mutual agreement with respect to the terms and conditions of our engagement as your municipal advisor with respect to such services effective on the date this Agreement is executed by you (the “Effective Date”).
