THIS AGREEMENT, to be attached to and form a part of the lease agreement that commenced the 1st day of December, 2012 (which together with any amendments, modifications and extensions thereof, including that First Modification and Extension of Lease executed June 30, 2019, is hereinafter called the “Lease”, is between NORTHWEST LOUISIANA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, “Lessee”, and SHREVEPORT BAR FOUNDATION, “Lessor”, covering the premises known as approximately 2,865 rentable square feet located in Suite 200, 625 Texas Street, Shreveport, LA, 71101.
