THE AGREEMENT: This Course Agreement (hereinafter, "Agreement") is made by and between CFO Perspective, LLC, a limited liability company, organized under the laws of the state of Washington, hereinafter referred to as "Course Provider," and you, further defined below, as a participant in the Course, also defined below.
