The Customer Agreement/Statement of Work, these Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy together form the agreement between Customer and Tech 2 Success LLC (collectively, the “Agreement”), and shall be effective as of the Effective Date defined in the Customer Agreement. The Agreement constitutes an agreement between You and Tech 2 Success governing Your use of the Service.
