This Seventh Amendment (“Seventh Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (“Project Manager”). County and PROJECT MANAGER may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
