Overview: This Agreement contains important information and guidelines for using First Community Credit Union’s (Credit Union) Online Banking services. These are the current terms of your Online Banking Services Agreement with the Credit Union for accessing your accounts and making use of online services. Please read this Agreement carefully in its entirety before accessing or using these online services. By accessing or using these services, or clicking to submit this agreement, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use any online services. Each of your accounts at the Credit Union accessed by Online Banking services will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement and/or your Loan Agreement and disclosures, as applicable.
