THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER, is dated as of June 29, 2009, by and between BCB Bancorp, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (“BCB” or the “Surviving Corporation”) and Pamrapo Bancorp, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (“Pamrapo”).
