This Contract is made and entered into effective as of the 8th day of June, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the Town of Queen Creek, an Arizona municipal corporation ("Town"), and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., a North Carolina corporation ("Consultant"). Town and Consultant may be referred to in this Contract collectively as the "Parties" and each individually as a "Party."
