THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of July 25, 2016 between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation, 1 City Hall Place, Pueblo, CO 81003 (the “City”) and Creative Stone Mfg., Inc. d/b/a Coronado Stone Products, a California corporation, 11191 Calabash Ave., Fontana, CA 92337 (“Coronado”) and CMB Property Holdings, LLC, a New York limited liability company, P.O. Box 6430, McKinney, TX 75071 (“CMB”) (Coronado and CMB are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company’’).
