Hillsborough County Aviation Authority ("Authority") and JetBlue Airways Corporation ("Company") to memorialize and clarify a verbal agreement between the parties whereby Company owns and operates wheelchair/baggage lifts that provide baggage services at the jet bridges leased by Company at the Airport, and Authority provides maintenance and makes minor repairs to such wheelchair/baggage lifts. This MOU sets forth the understanding and agreement of the parties in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
