EMPLOYEES: The agreement applies to all Production and Maintenance employees employed by the Manildra Group of Companies, who are engaged in the Company's operations at the Bombaderry site in NSW in accordance with the classification levels in Appendix A, B and C of this agreement, who fall within the coverage of the following awards: Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (State) Award, Transport Industry - Mixed Enterprises Interim (State) Award, Electricians, &c. (State) Award and the Starch Manufacturers, &c. (State) Award.
