The following is an EmbraceIEP® Contract (hereinafter “contract” or “agreement”) for software, website hosting, and support services. This contract is made between Brecht’s Database Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Embrace® (hereinafter “Embrace®”, “We”, “Us” or “Licensor”) and JAMP Special Education Services and Buncombe Cons SD 43, Cairo USD 1, Century CUSD 100, Cypress SD 64, Egyptian CUSD 5, Goreville CUD 1, Joppa-Maple Grove UD 38, Meridian CUSD 101, New Simpson Hill SD 32, Vienna HSD 133, and Vienna SD 55 (hereinafter “You”, “Your” or “Licensee”).
