The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB), is issuing solicitation(s) for commodity contract(s), for the purpose of selecting qualified Vendor(s) to provide 2023 Vehicle Season. The resulting contracts may not be exclusive contracts as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar goods from other sources now or in the subsequent. The term of the resulting contracts will be one (1) year commencing upon execution of the contracts by the State and the Bidder (Parties) and include an option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year period upon mutual agreement of the Parties.
