This MARKETING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the Effective Date set forth below by and between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation with offices located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, FL 32821 (“Visit Orlando”), and Gol Linhas Aereas S.A., a Brazilian limited liability company with offices located at Praca Comandante Lineu Gomes S/N, Portaria 3, Jardim Aeroporto, SAO PAULO, SAO PAULO 04.626-020 (the “Company” or “Gol”). This Agreement will govern certain content (the “Campaign Content”) and related Services, as defined below, for the purpose of promoting tourism to the central Florida area through marketing activities in support of the insertion order identified below.
