WHEREAS, Meridian and the developer, MIC9 Owner LLC (“Developer”) seek approval from the Board of Zoning Adjustment (“BZA”) in BZA Application No. 19689 (“Application”) in order to permit the redevelopment of a portion of its Campus with a new building that will contain approximately 111 residential units (“Residential Building”) and approximately 7,500 square feet of office and meeting space for Meridian (“Meridian Space”) (both, the “Proposed Development”); and
