This AGREEMENT is made the between the Warren County School District, whose principal place of business is at 185 Hospital Drive, Warren, PA 16365, hereinafter referred to as the "District" and the Children's Center for Treatment and Education d/b/a Beacon Light Behavioral Health Systems, whose principal place of business is 800 East Main Street, Bradford, PA 16701 hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" and shall be in force and effect from July 1, 2009 and will conclude June 30, 2010.
