This Transfer Agreement establishes the terms and conditions for (“student”), who resides in the attendance zone, to attend the campus as an intra-district transfer student for the 2018 / 2019 school year. The student’s parent or other person having lawful control of the student (“parent”), requests that the student be permitted to attend a campus in an alternative attendance zone for the 2018 / 2019 school year and agrees to the following terms and conditions for that transfer:
