This Influencer/Talent Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between The Vita Coco Company, Inc., a Delaware public benefit corporation, with its principal place of business located at 250 Park Avenue South, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10003 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the Individual named during the registration, sign-up or agreement execution process through the Mavrck Marketing Platform (hereinafter, the “Influencer”). Company and Influencer may be referred to individually as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
