This Student Residence Agreement applies to the Vancouver Island University (VIU) Student Residence accommodation on the Nanaimo campus of VIU. This agreement is important as it is a legally binding agreement between you and VIU covering the terms and conditions of your occupancy in VIU Student Residence. This Student Residence Agreement and the required “Signature Page for Residents Under 19” can be found at https://residences.viu.ca/content/residence-forms Residents are advised to retain a copy of this Agreement and the signed Signature Page (if applicable) for their records.
