These general terms and conditions of VERBI govern the legal relationship between VERBI and the Customer. The following provisions are intended exclusively for private consumers under § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), such as Customers who acquire rights of use for purposes which cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities.
