(the “Charter Holder”) for the purpose of operating Project Impact STEM Academy (the “School”), an independent public school organized as an Idaho nonprofit corporation and established under the Public Charter Schools Act of 1998, Idaho Code section 33-5201 et seq., as amended (the “Charter Schools Act”).
