▪ Base Rental Fee Weekday: The Base Rental Fee for Elevate Meeting Suite will be billed to the RENTER at a rate of Sixty Dollars ($60) per hour, subject to a two-hour minimum charge and billed in half-hour hour increments thereafter for room rental between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday; and between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday. After 5:00 pm on Friday, the RENTER is subject to the weekend rental fee. A cap rate of Four-Hundred Dollars ($400) will apply between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
