This ESCROW AGREEMENT, dated as of October 11 2016 (this “Agreement”), is made by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SPARKS, NEVADA, a redevelopment agency and a public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and created under the laws of the State of Nevada (the “Agency”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “Escrow Bank”), a bank having and exercising full and complete trust powers, duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, being a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Reserve System.

investments and any temporary reinvestments and the initial cash balance remaining uninvested, will be fully sufficient at the time of the deposit and at all times subsequent, to pay the principal of and redemption premium due on the Refunded Bonds on the Redemption Date, and the accrued interest on the Refunded Bonds due on and before the Redemption Date.
