This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Company Vasa Construction, 12100 S. 171st Ct, Bennet, NE 68516, (hereinafter “Contractor”) and City of Lincoln and Lancaster County, (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated June 6, 2024, executed under City Executive Order No. 98841, and County Contract C-24-0359, dated May 21, 2024 for Health Department Storage garage, Bid No. 24-032, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
