These ‘Facility Rental Guidelines and Procedures’ are considered an integral part of the entire agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) between the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township, Marion County, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as MSDPT), and the party identified in the Facility Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as FRA) as the Lessee (hereinafter referred to as the Lessee), which agreement includes the pre-event invoice provided to the Lessee after the approval of rental application by the Director of Facilities and Security. This agreement is the only agreement between the parties relative to the event. No oral statements or prior written agreements shall have any force or effect. The Facility Rental Guidelines and Procedures set forth herein must be adhered to absolutely by the Lessee in its use of the of the portions of the facilities set forth in the FRA (hereinafter referred to as the Event Space) and the property on which the event space is loc
