These Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Temporary Workers apply between Recruiting Healthcare Ltd t/a Caring Works (subsequently referred to as ‘Caring Works’) as the Employment Business and [Client Full Name] (the Client). All Temporary Workers (as defined below) are introduced and/or supplied by Caring Works to the Client upon these terms.‌
