This AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT), made and entered into this day of 2021, by and between the Marin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, hereinafter referred to as ‘DISTRICT’ and Friends of Corte Madera Creek Watershed, hereinafter referred to as "FRIENDS", all in the State of California, collectively the "PARTIES",is for the management and funding of 90% and 100% plans and specifications for Lower Corte Madera Creek Habitat Restoration Project (Lower COM Project), one component of the Corte Madera Creek Flood Risk Reduction Project Phase1.
