THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) effective as of August 15, 2018 (“Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Alamon, Inc., a Pole Inspection Company of Kalispell, MT (the “Contractor”) and City of Farmington, a New Mexico municipal corporation (“City”). Contractor and City may be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
