This Agreement is made and entered into as of the day of , 2012, by and between the City of Delano, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“Delano”), and Randy’s Sanitation, Inc. doing business as Randy’s Environmental Services a Minnesota corporation (“Contractor”).
