THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT OF RENEWAL INVESTOR ASSOCIATES, LLC (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the __st day of October, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between LEON N. WEINER & ASSOCIATES, INC., a Delaware corporation ("Weiner"), DAVID LAKARI & ASSOCIATES, LLC, a Maine limited liability company ("Lakari") and WEST PORT DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Maine limited liability company (“West Port”), as members of Renewal Investor Associates, LLC (the "Company"). Weiner, Lakari and West Port shall each sometimes hereunder be referred to as a "Member" of the Company, and, collectively, as the "Members" of the Company.
