This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between , (“Customer”) and Distillery Solutions Inc., (“Distillery Solutions”) (and individually, a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”) and shall become effective when fully executed by duly authorized representatives of both Parties (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement specifically incorporates the attached “Terms and Conditions” and any Order Forms for services subsequently executed by the Parties.
