This Schedule 17.4(a) is an appendix to the Master Services Agreement between British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (“BCH”), Accenture Business Services of British Columbia Limited Partnership (“ABS Partnership”) and its general partner, Accenture Business Services General Partner Inc., dated as of January 31, 2003 (the “Agreement”). This Schedule 17.4(a) sets forth the types and amounts payable by BCH, without duplication, upon termination or expiration of the Agreement. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
