DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Second Amendment”) is dated effective March , 2014, and is entered into by and between the CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, a Minnesota statutory city (“City”); and LEXINGTON STATION, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Lexington Station”) and ROBERTS COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Roberts”) (Lexington Station, LLC and Roberts Commercial Properties, LLC collectively “Developer”).
