THIS AGREEMENT is between the City of Seattle (hereinafter called the "City") and the Washington State Council of County and City Employees, Local 21PSeattle Parking Enforcement Officers’ Guild (hereinafter called the "UnionGuild") for the purpose of setting forth the mutual understanding of the parties as to wages, hours, and other conditions of employment of those employees for whom the City has recognized the UnionGuild as the collective bargaining representative.
